Shipping policy

Order Process

To place an order:

  1. Send us a picture of the product you are interested in.
  2. Confirm the size, color, or specifications.
  3. Provide your Paxi code for delivery (we will assist if needed).
  4. Request banking details, make payment, and send proof of payment.

Orders are only processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Once processed, your order will be dispatched for delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Delivery is done via Paxi (Pep Store to Pep Store)
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
  • Orders are shipped to your selected Pep Store using your Paxi code

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier delays.

Order Collection

  • You will collect your order at your chosen Pep Store
  • A notification will be sent once your parcel arrives
  • Please bring your valid ID when collecting your order

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are communicated before payment is made and may vary depending on the order or promotions.

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier issues
  • Public holidays or weekends

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Incorrect Information

Please ensure that:

  • Your Paxi code is correct
  • Your contact details are accurate

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
