Refund & Return Policy
We have a limited return policy, which means you can request an exchange within 3–5 working days after receiving your item.
To place an order, customers are required to:
- Send us a picture of the product they are interested in.
- Confirm the size, color, or any specifications of the product.
- Provide a valid Paxi code for delivery (if you are unsure how to get one, we will assist you).
- Request banking details, complete payment immediately, and send proof of payment.
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and delivered within 3–5 working days to your nearest Pep Store for collection. Please ensure you bring your ID when collecting your parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
We do not offer refunds. We only allow exchanges for:
- Incorrect size
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong item received

Please note:
- Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs depending on the situation
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon collection and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and arrange an exchange where applicable.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that have been worn or used
- Items not in original condition
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All approved cases will be handled through exchanges only.
